The address is 6 Tesoro and the HOA dues are - and this may be a deal breaker - $450 a month. It’s a foreclosure, and it last sold for $847,130 in April (to the bank). So, I’m not sure if the HOA dues will break the bank, but that price is pretty low for a house that big."
